1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Quorum platform at usequorum.app and the Quorum Google Docs add-on (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Quorum provides AI-powered tools for federal contract discovery and proposal writing, including:
- Federal opportunity discovery and evaluation (Radar)
- AI-assisted proposal generation from RFP documents (Writer)
- Google Docs add-on for in-document AI co-pilot, text rewriting, and compliance analysis
- Company profile management (Firm DNA)
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
- Submit content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of all documents, proposals, and content you create or upload through the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content.
6. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses AI to generate proposal drafts, analysis, and suggestions. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed and edited before submission. Quorum does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or compliance of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all content before use in any official submission.
7. Google Workspace Integration
The Quorum Google Docs add-on accesses your Google Workspace data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quorum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the federal or state courts located in the United States.
