1. Introduction

Quorum Intelligence Inc. ("Quorum," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Quorum platform at usequorum.app and the Quorum Google Docs add-on (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our Service.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and organization details. Authentication is handled by Clerk, our identity provider.

Google Workspace Data

When you use our Google Docs add-on, we access:

  • Current document content — to provide AI-assisted writing, compliance analysis, and text rewriting within your document.
  • Google Drive files — to list and read RFP documents (PDFs and DOCX files) you select for proposal generation. We only access files you explicitly choose.
  • Your Google email address — to link your Google account to your Quorum account.

Documents and Content

RFP documents you upload are processed by our AI pipeline to generate proposal drafts. These documents are stored temporarily in AWS S3 during processing and associated with your organization.

Usage Data

We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and feature usage to maintain and improve the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide AI-assisted proposal writing and document analysis
  • Generate compliance matrices and proposal drafts from your RFP documents
  • Provide the Google Docs add-on co-pilot features (chat, rewrite, compliance check)
  • Authenticate your identity and link accounts
  • Improve and maintain the Service
  • Communicate with you about the Service

4. AI Processing

Your document content is processed by AI models hosted on AWS Bedrock (Anthropic Claude). We do not use your content to train AI models. Document content is sent to the AI model only during active processing and is not retained by the AI provider.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Service providers — AWS (hosting, AI processing, storage), Clerk (authentication), and Google (Workspace integration).
  • Legal requirements — when required by law, regulation, or legal process.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), secure cloud infrastructure (AWS), and access controls. Data is stored in US-based AWS data centers.

7. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Uploaded RFP documents and generated proposals are retained for the duration of your subscription. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at support@quorum-ai.com.

9. Google API Services User Data Policy

Quorum's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
